What to do for a pregnant wife....?

My wife is 5 months pregnant and it's been a bit rough, but she is just getting over the morning sickness and she's starting to feel a bit better again...but her back is always sore and she is out of energy a lot...I just want to do something to thank her for being such a trooper and carrying our baby. Do you have any ideas for me? What would a pregnant woman appreciate? lol thanks.
