Menopause and either premenopause or something else?

is it possible I could be going into menopause early I have painful periods and my periods are getting weird i bled really heavily I had this period and it was unsual I bled really heavy for 2 days and the third day I stopped bleeding and I can feel lke 2 lumps one on my right side and one on my left side its one small bump on each side and they are painful when i press on them can anyone help me please
