Does anybody have any wedgie dares?

i lost a bet about who would win the superbowl so i have to give myself a huge wedgie. i have to give it to myself, i cant have eggs or pb and j and stuff like that in my underwear and I have to be able to give it to myself. my friends are going to check my idea so the pain is big enough. any ideas? i almost forgot i cant use like a bra or a thong to pull the wedgie
