What kind of award/gift can we give to an injured Ice Hockey Player?

7 boys on the Varsity Ice Hockey Team suffered from various broken bones during the season; we are planning the year end banquet and would like to present these boys with an award (similar to the purple heart) for going down for the team. Any suggestions as to what we can give them/present to them? Would like something witty but serious too. Thanks!
