Thawing a turkey help?

Me and my husband are having our thanksgiving today because we spend thanksgiving with his family and i don't like there cooking lol anyway my turkey is still a bit frozen....how can i thaw it quickly id like to get it in the oven in an hour its been on the counter since 12pm and how long can it stay out of the fridge for?
