How does an illegal serve federal supervised release term of four years after committing a major crime?

They don't. Unfortunately Portland is a sanctuary city. There are all kinds of illegals living up there and throughout the state and the I-5 corridor has had several stops of illegals transporting their drugs, drug money, pirated DVDs and CD's, and weapons. It quite a fricken travesty when city Mayors (like Portland's) don't figure in these bust as a burden to the state. Especially when they are repeat offenders/ career criminals. Our Governor is getting an earful about it though.
