Looking for a comedy skit on How to fight training school for henchmen. May be from SNL ...not sure.?

The skit had a bunch of no name bad guys in training in a circle. One would come in and get beat up and the next...so on and so on ....until one was like "hey why don't we all attack at once!" the trainer was like that isn't how its done. The trainer tells that they henchmen should always ahve there hand out and swaying back and forth together. No luck finding a video or even what show or who was in it. Any help would be great. Thanks
