Who should I start? Fantasy Football?

I would wait until after the preseason to decide just to see if westbrook is healthy. If Westbrook is healthy then I rank them Westbrook, Smith, Royal, Moore, Stewart. If westbrook isn't healthy then i put him 2nd on that list
