I have a 1995 skeeter b boat, with a '95 90hp mercury force. I have a new battery that is fully charged. Its had no problem starting in the past. It acts like it wants to start but just doesn't want to turn over. When I turn the key the motor goes womp womp.... womp, and will not turn over. Is it the spark plugs, my on-board charger fooling me, or my portable battery tester fooling me? Both my charger and my tester say the battery is fully charged. What is the problem? Please help!!!!
