Men-Is my boyfriend cheating on me if he is not having with me-for no good reason?

I have asked him over and over for and he just blows me off. What do you think is going on? We have been together for almost 2 years and the problem keeps getting worse. He rubs up against me and hunches on me from the backside then he just gets up and leaves and goes to work every morning. Is he some kind of closet pervert?
