Late on rent for an apartment?

if the lease was not renewed with your name on it, then the lease that expired in august doesn't apply to you anymore. send written notice that you are no longer residing at that apartment and it was your understanding that the other 2 roommates had vacated as well. you consider the lease null and void as of august 2010.
