Is the H&M in China cheap? other brands?

I've only been to H&M's in Hong Kong. I don't have a list of their prices so I can't tell the price if it is cheap or not, but for other brands, I can say it's cheaper if it has "on sale" items. I haven't seen Roxy either, but there are many Converse stores. I think the price is almost the same, basing it on a pair of old school chucks.
